Well-Established Water-Well Business For Sale
in Northwestern New Mexico (Grants/Milan).
Plenty of Major Contracts Included.

I'm retiring, and I'm putting my water well company up for sale. If you've ever thought of owning your own business or of going into the water well business, this may be the time to do so! My son Lonnie has worked with me over the years, and he's willing to stay on for a few months to show you the ropes.

We've been in business 20 years and we're the main water well outfit in the Grants/Gallup area of New Mexico. In fact we're the only water well outfit in the area that has all the required licenses.

While you're getting started, our licenses would remain in effect because Lonnie would stick around. Once you've gotten your own licenses and learned the ropes, Lonnie has other plans. He'll bow out and let you do your own thing.

Of course, if you're already a hot-shot well person, we won't try to hold your hand against your will!

If it all sounds pretty good, click on the underlined links below to find out more. Even better, call me up and let's have a chat. I won't bite! At work, my number is (505)285-5155 and my home it's (505)285-4321. Ask for Sonny. Lonnie could help you too.

If you're looking for a way to escape the city, or if you'd like to live where the weather and the people are nice, you couldn't choose a better place to move to than the Grants/Milan area. You can get a really nice home here for a reasonable price, you're centrally located for visiting the best National Parks and National Monuments, and we've even got a Wal-Mart store! If you ever get bored, you can go visit the robot dinosaurs at Dinamation or play a round of golf at the El Coyote Del Malpais course. And, if you need to rub shoulders with big-city folk once in a while, Albuquerque isn't far. It's not a BIG city like New York or Los Angeles, but it's big enough for anyone, and it doesn't have as many problems. Click here to go to a page of links that will point you to a lot of information about Grants/Milan, Albuquerque, and New Mexico.

I'm waiting to hear from you!

Sincerely yours,
