logo To Congressman Hyde: Simple Argument to Prove Perjury

December 9, 1998

Chairman Henry J. Hyde

Dear Congressman Hyde:

By authoritative definition, the act of oral sex in which the President participated is described as follows by the Merriam Webster Collegiate Dictionary:

sod*omy (noun)
1. copulation with a member of the same sex or with an animal.
2. noncoital and esp. anal or oral copulation with a member of the opposite sex.

Further, copulation: copulate: to engage in sexual intercourse

Since the President engaged in oral sex as the fellatee, he participated in an act of sodomy which is defined as a form of copulation which is further defined as sexual intercourse. Oral sex may not be Bill Clinton's definition of sexual intercourse but it is Webster's, ergo the Rhodes Scholar and lawyer who manipulates the English language so adroitly must be guilty of lying under oath before a competent tribunal, upon a point material to a legal inquiry.-- Webster's definition of perjury.

If that isn't enough, the full text of Webster contains 35 matching entries under copulation which more than cover his activities. Further, the New Oxford Dictionary of English has some 38 entries found for oral sex. These seem to augment the Webster listings providing more confirmation that the activity was sexual intercourse not merely inappropriate behavior. New Oxford goes further within the oral sex category with the following definition:

sex maniac: (noun informal) - a person whose need for sexual gratification is excessive or obsessive.

For anyone in the position of the President of the United States to have such an overriding need that he jeopardizes his status and position in the oval office must be so considered as excessive or obsessive and consequently unfit for the office. He has most certainly become "The Dysfunctional President."

I spoke with Judy Woodruff, CNN anchor, a short time ago. Our brief verbal encounter at "Insights 1998" here in San Diego was in response to her pontificating as to our preoccupation with the President's sexual dalliances which the Europeans and the British termed a foolish waste of time considering the important affairs of state with which we should be more concerned. To counter this I responded from the floor, after due recognition by Ms. Woodruff, that if Bill Clinton had been Prime Minister and lied to the House of Commons, he would no longer be the Prime Minister since the British convention is that he would have absolutely no alternative but to resign - no impeachment procedure, no censure - just resignation-the rationale of course being that he would have no credibility in any matter at all and therefor be of no further political use. By the way, I received a round of applause- She received none.

Please sir, do not falter in your efforts. We have faith in you.

Very respectfully,
Fred J. Ferrazzano, Citizen

I am in hopes that a perceptive staff member will consider this and invite the contents to the appropriate attention if it may be of any assistance.
